Lamont Price is a 45-year-old successful romance writer, beautiful to look at and has the heart to match. He is the guy everyone wants to protect and be friends with, just not have a relationship. Lamont's family sees his desire for a relationship and is constantly trying to set him up and as much as he loves them, he wishes they would stop. Attending his first writing conference to reveal himself as Georgia Peach, the romance writer, may turn his fans against him. Seeing the sexy cover model across the way provides the distraction he needs. 

Tyler Dixon lives off his looks. Whether being a weekend boyfriend, a cover model, beautiful party boy or a few other unmentionable jobs, Tyler has never been ashamed with what he has done to further his dream. His passion is photography, unfortunately, his passion doesn't pay the bills, yet. Both needing a break from the convention, they end up at the same bar. A few drinks later, and Lamont's families obsession with his lack of a love life is revealed. One proposition later and Tyler finds himself headed to Lavender Shores as Lamont's "boyfriend." Soon, their pretend relationship heats up, but where Lamont is looking for a relationship, Tyler's past makes it hard for him to trust what he feels to be real. When Lamont's family accidentally reveal Tyler's secret, it tears them apart, just when they are starting to believe in their love.

This is my favorite book in this series and Lamont and Tyler are (so far) my favorite characters in Lavender Shores. Lamont has touched my heart since book 1 and his sweetness make me want to join his protection detail!! Tyler is unlike any character I've read. His desire to follow his dreams at all costs shows his passion and talent are worth it. I just want to hold these two tight and make everything better! Lamont's family never fails to amuse me and could be a comedy book all on their own, I wish they were mine! After this, I am even more excited for book 5 in the Lavender Shores series. Rosalind Able writes light, romantic stories that you will fall in love with. Bring on Connor and Micah!
