Hi everyone. First of all, thank you Mari for having me here. I really appreciate the support for my first attempt at self-publishing. My new release, Lucky in Loveland, comes out on February 13 and if all goes well, it will be available on Amazon, ARE and Smashwords. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

My inspiration for Lucky in Loveland comes from an actual place called Loveland, Colorado. Loveland is also referred to as the Sweetheart City and the City of Love because of a special program they offer every year for Valentine's Day. I won't give away too many details since the story revolves around this special time of year, but I'm hoping the story will be sweet and romantic enough to do Loveland and Valentine's Day proud.

I like Valentine's Day. I like the romance and the sweetness and the red hearts that appear everywhere. I like the idea of true love, and I guess if I didn't, I've been writing in the wrong genre. One of my favorite tropes is opposites attract so in Lucky in Loveland, I've combined my love for sappy romance and men who don't seem to fit together so well. I'm also a big fan of what you see isn't necessarily what you get and big, strong Lucky Roberts suits that role quite well.
