Taylor is a Senior Analyst at Peterton Financial and he knows there’s someone embezzling funds from the company, but they haven’t found the culprit yet. When corporate sends Regional Manager Phillip Daniels to help catch the thief, Taylor is his prime suspect.

Sparks fly when Taylor and Phillip meet, and not just the good kind, but neither of them can deny the attraction that surges between them, despite Phillip thinking Taylor is behind the thefts.

I really liked Taylor! I loved seeing him stand up for himself. Perhaps I’d have liked Phillip more if we’d gotten his POV, but a part where he just pulled away without talking to Taylor made me want to slap some sense into him. He made up for it, kind of, but it made me doubt if he was as mature as his age implied. They had great chemistry, though, and I really enjoyed most of their scenes together.

The mystery portion of the book was really good. I had so many theories and still S.C. Wynne managed to throw a curve ball and send them all crashing down with the big reveal. Well done!

All in all, a fun, hot, suspense-filled read! Very fast-paced and enjoyable!
