I want to put a disclaimer on this review. There are many things I won't read about, or hate to read about and unexpectedly this book included several of them: Teenage boy MC (and it's only his POV), Cheating, No HEA, Age Gap when it's with a teen.
I loved Book 1 and especially loved Book 2. I knew going into this book that Leo would be young but I was thinking towards the end of college not the start.
Book 3 sees Leo go to college in NY because of his crush on Will. Leo's a romantic and thinks that once he's in Will's proximity that he'll suddenly be interested and will fall in love with him. Instead Will wanted nothing to do with him and encouraged him to screw around.
But Will being the self-centered person he is didn't stick to that decision and instead played games with Will, giving him false hope. In Book 1, I thought Will was annoying but thought he could become someone that I empathized with. I did not.
I think plenty of people will enjoy this book. And the author certainly knows how to write a story.
