Tracy's Review:

5 Amazing Stars!

*copy provided by Author/publisher via Enticing Journey Book Promotions in exchange for an honest review*

This story contained all the classic Kindle Alexander aspects I have come to know, love, look forward to and crave. It was sweet, angsy, intriguing, HOT HOT HOT, and well just perfect. I LOVED it!!

I was scared when I read the blurb. I wasn't sure I wanted to go any further.. A married man, Kindle?! Really?! Please read it! It's not what you would think. I'm not going to say anything else on the subject. I just don't want you to let the wife and kids scare you away. I know many people have a thing about cheating, but there isn't any cheating in this book.

Dylan has a secret, well more than one, really. He has a Social media company, named Secret, that Tristan wants to buy. Tristan finds he wants more than just Secret. He wants the owner as well. The Sparks are immediate when Tristan and Dylan meet. An instant attraction, but Dylan is scared. He wants Tristan, but he is DEEP in the closet. Tristan is persistent and doesn't give up on Dylan. Dylan gives in. He'll just have this one weekend to see what he has been missing all these years, but after he has Tristan, will just one weekend be enough?

I loved that Tristan was so sweet and understanding of Dylan's situation. The chemistry and connection between these two characters was amazing. The love and sexual tension could be felt coming off the pages in waves.

I loved Dylan's family. They made great secondary characters. I especially loved that the driving force in getting these two men together in this relationship came from an unexpected source.

This book was amazing. Kindle's books just keep getting better and better. I haven't been disappointed by one yet, and I've read them all, a couple more than once. I can't wait to see what Kindle has in store for us next!! <3

Author Interview:

I am SO excited to have Kindle sit down with us here today at Bayou Book Junkie and answer some questions! Kindle is one of my all time favorite authors. I have read every one of her books and I haven't found one yet that I didn't adored. I loved Secret, and I can't wait to see what's next from Kindle!! ~ Tracy

Kindle,

What inspired this story?
This is a great question. It's actually loosely based on a real story - a few real stories I've come across. Lots changed to protect the family. The ending is completely different than real life. I wanted this ending for the people involved. The dedication speaks of one of the men. He touched my heart two years ago and I couldn't wait to write this out.

What are your favorite qualities about each of these two main characters?
Dylan: His need to do the right thing. It's fundamental for him. He's found comfort in hiding behind being responsible. I loved figuring that out. How can being responsible and living by your decisions be a place of deep insecurity? It was eye opening for me.

Tristan: Is your typical overachiever. Life has been about working hard and being successful in that field. I see him as that young IT executive that just 'gets' his field of expertise. What I like about him is his easy going attitude that is always focused on moving forward. He's really an incredible man. Someone I'd love to know in real life.

Of all the books you have written do you have a favorite set of characters? I know mine are definitely Jace and Colton :)
Thank you for knowing them! :) Kane and Avery are important to me. I'm really liking Kreed and Aaron right now. But honestly, Secret might be my favorite. Here's the deal. Usually by the end of the editing process, I'm sick to death of these books. I'm not with Secret. I've read that story countless times and just did another read through looking for mistakes. I didnt want to poke my eye out re-reading it, so Tristan and Dylan might be at the top of that list. My all time favorite single character is Mitch, but I was sick of him by the end of Full Disclosure. I have those proud uncertain feelings about this book (Secret) like I did with Always. The two books are completely different, but still very real to me. I can see their life playing out in my neighborhood. *raises brow* I'd like to see those two hot men kissing in my neighborhood.

Besides writing what else do you enjoy doing?
Slow walks on the beach and planting flowers in my garden. Did that sound believable? I work a lot of hours. I cant think of anything I like. What does that mean? Do I need therapy? Great. Thanks.  WAIT! I like to read and I like movies. I like quiet. Actually, I'm really focused on quiet right now. After raising so many kids, I'm enjoying them older and quiet. The great thing about being 40 is the word NO comes easier. I like the word No. I do need therapy.

Eat in or dine out?
Yes please. I'm happy to eat whatever you cook, or pickup, or pay for. Except sour cream. Yuck. And tomatoes. Yuck. I like cake.

Thank you for this opportunity. I love you guys and get so excited when I see you signed on. BIG HUGS!

MeetTheAuthor
Best Selling Author Kindle Alexander is an innovative writer, and a genre-crosser who writes classic fantasy, romance, suspense, and erotica in both the male/male and male/female genres. It's always a surprise to see what's coming next!

I live in the suburbs of Dallas where it's true, the only thing bigger than an over active imagination, may be women's hair!

Usually, I try for funny. Humor is a major part of my life - I love to laugh, and it seems to be the thing I do in most situations - regardless of the situation, but jokes are a tricky deal... I don't want to offend anyone and jokes tend to offend. So instead I'm going to tell you about Kindle.

I tragically lost my sixteen year old daughter to a drunk driver. She had just been at home, it was early in the night and I heard the accident happen. I'll never forget that moment. The sirens were immediate and something inside me just knew. I left my house, drove straight to the accident on nothing more than instinct. I got to be there when my little girl died - weirdly, I consider that a true gift from above. She didn't have to be alone.

That time in my life was terrible. It's everything you think it would be times about a billion. I love that kid. I loved being her mother and I loved watching her grow into this incredibly beautiful person, both inside and out. She was such a gift to me. To have it all ripped away so suddenly broke me.

Her name was Kindle. Honest to goodness - it was her name and she died a few weeks before Amazon released their brand new Kindle ereader. She had no idea it was coming out and she would have finally gotten her name on something! Try finding a ruler with the name Kindle on it.. It never happened.

Through the course of that crippling event I was lucky enough to begin to write with a dear friend in the fan fiction world of Facebook. She got me through those dark days with her unwavering support and friendship. There wasn't a time she wasn't there for me. Sometimes together and sometimes by myself, we built a world where Kindle lives and stands for peace, love and harmony. It's its own kind of support group. I know without question I wouldn't be here today without her.
