The last thing Jeff expected while overseeing their latest art exhibit was to find someone with whom he had such great chemistry in a man that was his complete oppossite, Dakin. Dakin is laidback and relaxed and Jeff is fastidious and stressed, they also live in different countries, thousands of miles apart. However, their attraction is undeniable and both of them give into it, despite their time together having an expiration date that they somehow manage to extend. But will their relationship be able to survive the separation?
Both Jeff and Dakin were very likable and it was lovely to see their relationship progress and for them to find ways to remain together for longer, pushing aside every obstacle that came their way.
This was a really sweet, short novella, with little to no angst. While both characters couldn't have been more different from each other, they fit well together, their lives just kind of blending in in ways neither of them anticipated. Recommendable!
