Sparky’s POV from Passion’s Pride
Gently nibbling on my neck, Ash sends chill bumps shooting down my spine, then work their way back up and spread through all my limbs like electricity. I’m so wound up and heated for him, every last inch of me, there is no place safe when he’s around. He’s like a wildfire scorching his way through the brush in a field, and I love it.

Ash and Serge have been sort of together for a while, even if they haven't been able to label their relationship or move forward with it, despite their deep feelings for each other. However, when they're faced with life-threatening situations, they will need to decide what's more important, love or pride?
I really liked Ash and Serge. They were sweet and passionate, but also very stubborn. The chemistry between them was awesome and the sex scenes, hot and plentiful. It was undeniable they loved each other and they weren't afraid of showing their affection.
I didn't quite like Pace, he was too pushy and really, the way he confronted Ash at the hospital made me want to punch him. He sort of made up for it, but he's definitely not my favorite character. I loved all the other secondary characters, though. Their friendship and the way they were all there for Serge when he needed them was endearing.
I hated Ash's mother, she was horrible most of the time. I liked his dad, though, who definitely made up for all the time he'd all but ignored Ash and came through for him and Serge in a huge way.
I enjoyed the format of the story. I think it was a clever way to show us what had happened between Serge and Ash in the past and give us insight on Serge at the same time.
All in all, this was a very entertaining, fast-paced read! Recommendable.
