When two very different men are stranded on a deserted island, will opposites attract, or will they end up killing each other—if the elements don’t get them first?
Marc Reed is an expert scuba diver and leads underwater tours of the infamous shipwrecks scattered around Bermuda. When a robbery forces him and his boss’s son—a man he despises on principle—to take shelter on an uncharted island, he might have to reassess his opinion of the spoiled snob.
Ian Blythe-Darcy II lives a life most would envy. He’s a trust-fund kid being groomed to take over his father’s empire of hotels and resorts. But it’s not a life that matches what’s in his heart. He’s in the closet and engaged to a socialite he doesn’t love, but he’s about to get a crash course in being true to himself—and maybe learn money can’t buy happiness after all.
World of Love: Stories of romance that span every corner of the globe.

4 Stars!!

Marc isn't happy when he's ordered by his boss to come in to work on one of his rare off days, to take the boss's son out on a diving expedition. Marc thinks Ian is nothing but a spoiled rich guy, with a bad attitude. When they end up stranded on a deserted island, he slowly learns the reasons for Ian's behavior.

Ian is so far in the closet he may never find his way out. Scared of being disowned he's resigned himself to the fact that he'll never find true love or happiness. He'll spend his life working for his father, married to his fiancée Francesca and generally just doing what's expected of him. He'll go on continuing to hide his true self from everyone. But being stranded on a deserted island with Marc has him all tied up in knots. He's attracted to Marc, but he can't act on it, can he?

This was an enjoyable, quick and easy read. I loved Marc to death. I loved that he was so open and unashamed of who he was. Ian was a bit shallow. The fact that he wouldn't come out, not so much from the fear of losing his family's love, but rather their money and living in the lifestyle he's become accustomed to, well, that rubbed me the wrong way, but by the end of the book I felt he redeemed himself.

Ian and Marc had an amazing chemistry. The sexual tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. This is a really slow burn, in fact I nearly cried in relief when they finally gave in to the attraction! A well-written story that left me feeling all warm inside and wanting more. Very recommendable!!
