Bryan Dane’s been living the dream—photography student by day, up-and-coming rocker by night. I'm a huge fan of Karen Stivali and this series ever since I read Moment of Impact, so there was no way I was going to pass up on reviewing this book, especially after falling in love with the gorgeous cover! *drools*

We met Bryan in the previous books and it was awesome to see more of him. He was a fascinating character, funny, self-deprecating and flawed, even a little self-sabotaging in regards to his relationship with Oliver. I loved Oliver so much! He was just adorable and sweet and lovely and there was a moment that I wanted to slap some sense into Bryan to make him realize how perfect Oliver was for him. I loved that while the book is told from Bryan's POV, Ms. Stivali gave us Oliver's blog entries so we could know him better. Bryan and Oliver had insane chemistry and it was obvious they were amazing together, both in and out of the bedroom.

This book was a bit lower in the angst than the others in the series, but there was still some near the end. I'm in awe at Karen Stivali's talent for writing hotter than hot sex scenes that not only don't feel repetitive, but seem perfectly tailored for the different couples in these books. At one moment, I wasn't sure if my kindle or I were going to catch fire after reading some parts of this book. *fans self*

It was a fantastic read and really, while Moments of Silence is still my favorite (I'm an angst whore, after all), Moment of Fate comes a very close second and I can't recommend it enough. Even if you haven't picked up other books in the series, this one is a must-read and can be read as a standalone. This book will definitely go right into my favorites shelf.
