Release Tour ~ Big by L. Wilder ~ (Review + Giveaway)

Title: Big
Series: Satan's Fury MC
Author: L. Wilder
Genre: MC Romance
Release Date: March 7, 2017
I don’t use a knife or a gun to get the guy I’m after. I find that my weapon of choice has a much longer, more crippling effect. With just a few keystrokes, I can have him scrambling for his life. I’ll take everything he’s ever worked for, everything he’s ever loved, and I’ll destroy it. That’s what I do.
My brothers don’t ask questions. They don’t want to know what I do behind the closed door. They know I bring results, and that’s all that matters. It’s my job to protect the club, and nothing is going to stand in my way—not even Josie Carmichael.
The girl with the tantalizing curves and emerald green eyes is an unexpected threat, but a threat nonetheless. It’s my job to take her down, but there’s just one hitch. I can’t get the smart-mouthed beauty out of my head. She’s trouble. The kind of trouble that would turn my whole world upside down, but I don’t give a damn. I want her.
Josie Carmichael will be mine, even if that means I must break her first.

4 Stars!

Big isn't the typical Biker. His weapon of choice is a computer. From a young age, he's gotten a high from entering places he shouldn't be able to go, hacking into sites and causing chaos. After spending time in Juvie and then prison, his family turned their backs on him. They told him he needed to stop but he couldn't. Finding a place with Satan's Fury MC saved his life.

When a mysterious hacker tries to breach their system it's up to Big to find him. No one is more surprised that the man they bring back happens to be a woman, Josie Carmichael. Now the club has to figure out what this woman wants, why she's set her sights on Satan's Fury? Most importantly who she works for?

Soon the club learns that Josie has a connection to the club and she wants answers. They want answers too and until they get them Big and Josie will be forced to work together. Of course, working with someone you don't fully know if you can trust is a hard task. Making it even harder is the undeniable attraction the two share.

This is my first book in this series that I've had a chance to read so I wasn't completely in the know when it came to the club and the characters. However, I was able to smoothly slide into the story without much difficulty at all. I now will be going back to the first book to get caught up on all the great characters and learn their stories.

Big was very interesting because he wasn't like most of the Bikers I've read about. For one, he is a computer nerd and hacker extraordinaire. Second, he spent time in detention and prison for cyber crimes and he wasn't very remorseful about it. I loved hearing how he made himself into the Big Beast of a man he was after being bullied and assaulted. I also love that he is tough yet sweet and sexy. I am a huge fan of his.

Josie was cute and I liked her. She was smart and had a good amount of sass and it made her perfect for Big. She smoothly fit herself into Big's life even as he tried to push her away. While their road was a bit bumpy it was worth it and they worked well together.

The story itself is one that gave me chills because it was realistic. This wasn't the typical Biker plot and I liked that Josie didn't just stand by and let the men do all of the heavy lifting. She made sure she knew as much as possible about what was going on didn't waver in her goal. The action was good and I was drawn into the story and couldn't put it down. The romance aspect was just as good and when you combine it with lovable characters and some great steamy scenes, it made Big a great read.

I'd definitely recommend Big!

Leslie Wilder grew up in a small town in West Tennessee. A country girl at heart, she’s always thought that life is too short, but she had no idea how short it really was until her brother passed away in 2014. She’s always been an avid reader, loving the escape only a great book can give, and wondered if she had what it took to write one of the wild romances she’d come to adore. With the support of her family and friends, she published Inferno: A Devil Chaser’s MC, one year after her brother’s death. With him in mind, she fulfilled her lifetime dream of writing. Since then, she’s completed the Devil Chaser’s Series and continued on with the Satan’s Fury MC Series. She has so many stories in her head, and can’t wait to share each and every one.
Leslie has been blown away by the support of her readers, appreciating every message, review, and encouraging word she’s received over the past year. She looks forward to continuing this journey with them for years to come.
