A stand-alone Billionaire Bad Boys novel.

Billionaire Bad Boys: Rich, Powerful and sexy as hell.

Derek West rose from poverty to take the tech world by storm. He's sexy, confident and gets any woman he wants. And who he wants is Cassie Storm, the rich girl he's never been good enough for.

She's desperate to save her family company and there's only one man who can help. But Derek isn't interested in helping. He wants to possess both the company and the woman he's never been able to forget.

His plan? To screw her out of his head. Except once he's had a taste of Cassie, he doesn't want to let her go. Her family remembers where he came from, and they won't allow it. When the truth about their pasts comes to light, though, it may be Cassie who's going down hard.

4 Stars!!!

Derek Rose has very valid motives to not like Cassie Storm or so he thinks. His parents worked as gardener/maid for Cassie's family until they were fired under false pretenses. After working his way from poverty to become a billionaire, he has the chance to get the girl who thought he was beneath her when they were younger. Once they meet again as adults, though, he realizes Cassie is nothing like he imagined and the attraction between them is still there. However, even if Derek is rich now, her family still thinks he's beneath them and that won't do.

I liked Cassie and how determined she was to keep her promise to her grandfather, doing whatever was needed in order to save the company he built. I loved that she stood up to her brother and father and that she showed Derek that she wasn't like them. I liked Derek, too, even if he wasn't all that much of a bad boy in my opinion. They had good chemistry, not as great as the other couples, but still hot.

I particularly liked the suspense angle and discovering right along with Cassie and Derek what had really happened when Cassie's father had fired Derek's parents. I didn't like Cassie's brother, he was creepy, although he was written in a believable manner, all things considered.

This was another great installment to the Billionaire Bad Boys series, a lovely low angst second chance romance, with a suspenseful twist, which has been a characteristic of these books. I'm really looking forward to the last book in the series with Julian and Kendall.

Recommendable!!!
