In a life time of yes, no is the sexiest word he’s ever heard.

After one too many misunderstandings with the law, wealthy and spoiled David Beauchamp finds himself chained to the city by the GPS and alcohol sensor strapped to his ankle. Awaiting trial, cut off from usual forms of entertainment, he goes looking for a good time—and winds up with his hands full, in more ways than one. The situation only gets more complicated when he’s summoned for a random drug test and comes face-to-face with the dominant man who took him for one hell of a  ride the night before.
Probation Officer Tai Fonoti is used to handling other people’s problems, but he’s horrified when one of the extra clients his boss dumps on him is the sweet piece of ass he screwed the night before. It makes getting a urine sample a pretty loaded situation. Tai’s unique brand of discipline has Beach craving more. But while Tai relishes laying down the law in the bedroom, the letter of the law stands between them and kinkily ever after….
First Edition published by Samhain Publishers Inc., December 2014.

I have not read the previous books but still enjoyed this one as a standalone. After reading this one, I wish I would have read all of the others ones just because I wanted those characters' stories. The note at the beginning of this book was correct... this book is HOT. It is kinky and sexy and the sex scenes had everything I wanted. The dominance, submission, control and everything else worked well in this book.

The writing was smooth and fluid and an easy story for me to get into. I also felt like the writing was deep. We really get to know and understand both of the main characters, David and Tai. The pacing of the plot also really worked for me. There was a lot of self-reflection in this book from both characters that I thought was really appropriate. I loved how David and Tai came together and built on each other. I wish we got to see more of them interacting outside of their homes. It was cute to see them together when out to eat with Gavin and Jamie. I want more from these characters! I want a short or something where David meets Sammie and maybe them going to a club together or something and doing a scene.

Also, I would LOVE to see Nic's POV in that caning scene.. and his HEA!

After reading the previous book in this series, I didn’t expect such a solid story in Bad Behavior. This is the story about bad boy Beach and his parole officer Tai, who despite their differences are a perfect match for one another. They hook up in a bar bathroom and then find out they are parole officer and parolee. Needless to say, after some soul-searching on Beach’s part (coming to grips with his true needs of a D/s lifestyle) and softening on Tai’s part (learning everything was not so black and white), these two find their Happily Ever After once they get over a few hurdles.

I’m a sucker for snarky/witty MCs and Beach and Tai both fit the bill. Their banter and play were very entertaining. Their sexual chemistry is off the charts, but I didn’t feel like the plot was a thin thread between sexual scenes. The dog, Jez, was just as entertaining, if not more so, than her humans! We need more Sammie, though!

I found the previous book in this series, Bad Influence, to be kind of all over the place and tedious to read. I didn’t have those issues at all with this one. It’s long, but definitely not boring or hard to read.
