When it comes to women, sexy, well-built Kyle Coleman has always been a lover, not a fighter. His one exception? The sassy, tempting, smart-mouthed Ella Fisher. Her family and his are sworn enemies, which make the two of them off-limits—despite the fact that she's inspired some of his dirtiest, most erotic fantasies for years. But when the lines between animosity and lust become irrevocably blurred one fateful evening, their one night stand leads to a very unexpected consequence—that changes everything between them forever.

4 Stars!

Well Built is book 3 in the Book Boyfriends' series and it can be read as a standalone, even if the characters from the previous two books feature in this one.

From the blurb, I really expected this to be an enemies-to-lovers, second chance romance and we got the latter, but not the former, not really.

I loved Kyle, he was really dreamy book boyfriend material, supportive, loyal, a great son and friend and he treated Ella with care and respect, while he rocked her world in bed. I liked Ella, but an assertive and sassy woman she was not. Her father relied on her completely for his needs after he had a stroke and he manipulated her to his liking. And her twin sister, well, she just up and left with a stranger without caring for either her dad or sister. Nevermind that the reason Kyle and Ella broke up the first time was due to something she did and of course, Ella had to take her sister's side and after, when she and Kyle got back together, she did it again. I'm not saying anything else, but that just made me want to throw my kindle at her and strangle her and slap her for good measure. Kyle had gone out of his way to show her his feelings and she did that? No, just no.

Anyway, even if I wasn't happy with Ella, I can't deny they worked great together. Mostly because Kyle was a saint and a sex god, but the chemistry between them was undeniable and Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde write some very hot sex scenes, so there's that.

Overall, while not my favorite of the series, Well Built is a very good read, enjoyable and sexy and I'm already looking to Connor's book!

Recommendable!
