Now the carriage driver is in my bed, unexpected guests are crawling out of the woodwork, and the paparazzi is on my tail. With chaos and scandal swarming around me, suddenly, it isn’t just my career on the line.

It’s my heart.

LOL: Laugh Out Loud: That’s an appropriate title for this story because there were definitely some laugh out loud moments throughout the book, but some scenes took the funny too far and they were too outrageous to be believable.

As for the romance, while it’s pretty instalove, it worked here because the time period felt much longer than it actually was. Roman and Scotty were sweet together and they had amazing chemistry. Plus, they liked to set my iPad on fire!

The story is well-written and as far as the collaboration goes I completely forgot I was reading one, it was seamless.

While the funny portions went a bit overboard at times, the story was still enjoyable and definitely recommendable!

LOL: Laugh Out Loud is the second book in the After Oscar series by Lucy Lennox and Molly Maddox. It can be read as a standalone, but book 1 was amazing, so don't miss out on it, you won't regret picking it up.

We met Scotty in book 1 and he was just as adorable as he was there and Roman was a dreamy leading man. They had incredible chemistry and even if it was very instalove, the scorching hot sex scenes and their amazing rapport more than made up for it.

While I loved Scotty and Roman, and I was very happy to learn more about the elusive Oscar, I wasn't as happy to meet Oscar's sister and her bf and in a lesser degree, Larry and Lolo, I guess they were the comic relief, but frankly at times, it was a little too much and detracted from the main story.

Still, I found the story enjoyable and entertaining and will be looking forward to book 3. Recommendable!
