“How do you want me to take you, Cassidy?” Zack asked between bites.
Cassidy looked over at his Dom, just a little surprised. “You’re asking me?”
Zack smiled at him and he could see the lust glittering in the dark orbs. “Yes. Sometimes… but don’t make a big deal out of it, Cass. It won’t be happening every time.”
Cassidy had somehow expected that answer and the growl in Zack’s voice was such a turn-on, he felt his cock begin to swell as he stared at him. Jesus, I’m the luckiest bastard on the planet. Cassidy knew how damned lucky he was to have found a man whom he could call soul mate. So few people ever did but he knew he had… every single goddamned time he looked at him.
“If that’s the case, Zack. I want my Dom in our bed tonight. I want you hot, hard, demanding… I want you to hold me down. I… I… may fight you, Sir...”
“You want me to work out your aggression?” Zack’s face was very serious.

We are excited to have Patricia hanging out with us here at Bayou Book Junkie today to answer some questions.
What inspired you to write this story?
I was listening to the audio book of Silver Ties and I realized there was a lot more I could write about this story with these characters, so Silver Linings was born.
What are your favorite qualities about each of these two main characters?
They are both very strong men, each in their own way and they are completely devoted to each other. They are literally each other’s yin and yang.
What interests you about the bdsm aspect of a relationship?
I am a natural submissive in my own life but I have a strong personality so I consider myself to be very much like the character of Cassidy Ryan in the book. I adore giving up control in the bedroom when everywhere else in my life I must be in complete control. I completely understand the attraction to the lifestyle.
You have a private yacht or jet at your disposal – which would you use, where would you go and who would you take with you?
It’s a hard choice. I’d say the yacht because I love beaches and the ocean and I could sail it anywhere in the world. I would take all my best friends and my family.
If you could have dinner with any person in history, dead or alive, who would it be, and what would you want to talk about?
I’d want to meet Michelangelo and we’d talk about what his muse was to create such beauty in the world. Also, did he see the finished sculptures before they came to be and how on earth did he carve them from a block of marble with such simple tools.
